Board of Managers
As established in the Governing Documents, a 9-member Board of Managers consisting of volunteer owners elected by the members is responsible for the business, governance and social events for the community. Both the Annual Member Meeting, held in February, and the Board Meetings, 6 times per year, are held at neighboring The Clubs of Prestonwood, The Creek.
The Board oversees various committees that offer owners opportunities to volunteer, participate, and socialize. The standing committees include Building, Bylaws & Rules, Finance, Communications, Social & Hospitality, Landscape and Community Outreach.
